Our school is now in its fifth year and currently has 1196 students on roll and is heavily oversubscribed for the following year. Our ideal candidate is obsessed with and gets excited by their discipline, reading widely and keeping abreast of research informed developments in their subject. In addition to a strong level of subject expertise, they set the highest of standards for student behaviour and focus and are organised and reliable. They have a solid understanding of curriculum design and effective pedagogical approaches and champion a knowledge rich curriculum.
