We are looking for a strong, ambitious, and intelligent team player who is passionate about their subject and in supporting young people to enjoy and succeed through the study of Performing Arts. Our ideal candidate is obsessed with and gets excited by their discipline, reading widely and keeping abreast of research informed developments in their subject. In addition to a strong level of subject expertise, they set the highest of standards for student behaviour and focus and are organised and reliable. They have a solid understanding of curriculum design and effective pedagogical approaches and champion a knowledge rich curriculum.
