Summary
As a Bar Manager, you'll own the shift: you'll lead your team to ensure our guests enjoy the city, whichever way they choose. You'll think creatively to offer five star guest service and go above and beyond to ensure every guest's stay is exceptional!
Key responsibilities of the Bar Manager:
- Oversee all activities of the bar and inspire the team to deliver vibrant guest service
- Serve and prepare amazing drinks and cocktails
- Ensure all guests feel welcomed at the bar
- Share your experience with the team for their development, particularly your cocktail-making skills!
- Have presence on the floor: you'll be a reliable figure for the team
- Share your unmatched knowledge of the city with guests
