Assistant Principal – Higher Education and Academic Pathways
Hull
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary: £61,935 - £66,799 per annum
Annual Leave: 37 days per annum (excluding bank holidays and up to 3 additional discretionary days over the Christmas/New Year period)
Hull College is ambitious about Higher Education, and this role sits at the centre of that ambition.
As Assistant Principal for Higher Education and Academic Pathways, you will be the senior academic leader for HE, with responsibility for quality, student experience, registry and regulatory compliance, including Office for Students requirements.
You will also drive the growth and sustainability of our HE offer, strengthening the College’s reputation as a credible, student-centred provider of higher-level study. A key part of the role is building clear academic pathways from Access and Level 3 into HE, widening participation and opening doors for learners who may not otherwise see themselves progressing to higher education. This is a role for a leader who combines academic authority, commercial awareness and a deep commitment to student success.
