Salary: £27,345 FTE (pro-rata for part-time/term-time)
Contract: Full-time (37 hours/week) or Part-time, or Term-time only or 52 weeks/year

What You'll Do
As a Progress Coach, you'll be a mentor, motivator, and advocate for students. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing pastoral support to 16-18-year-old Study Programme students
- Supporting attendance, personal goal setting, achievement, and progression
- Delivering engaging tutorial content and helping shape the tutorial programme
- Collaborating with curriculum and support teams to ensure students receive timely, effective support
- Working 1:1 and in groups to inspire and guide learners
