The Role
You’ll be placed in a range of care settings, supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or physical disabilities.
Duties include:
Personal care and daily living support
Promoting independence and dignity
Supporting challenging behaviour when required
Working as part of established care teams
Completing care notes and reports
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Support Worker (UK-based preferred)
Reliable, professional, and adaptable
Comfortable working in different settings
Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
Right to work in the UK
Registration with Social Care Wales
Wall Wales Passport would be advantageous
