The Role
Working closely with the Nursery Manager, you’ll help lead the nursery’s daily operations while remaining hands-on with children and staff.
You will:
Support the day-to-day running of the nursery
Lead the setting in the Manager’s absence
Maintain high standards of EYFS, safeguarding, and care
Mentor and support practitioners and room leaders
Build strong relationships with parents and carers
About You
Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 desirable)
Experience as a Deputy Manager, Room Leader, or Senior Practitioner
Confident leader with strong communication skills
Good knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements
Passionate about delivering outstanding early years education
