Summary
This is a Fixed Term position until July 2026 working full-time.
We’re seeking a dynamic HR professional for a fixed-term role, dedicated to delivering innovative people solutions that enhance performance and align with our university’s vision.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with our wider team to provide efficient, solution-oriented People Services, working proactively and with a future-focused approach. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive in a complex environment—balancing priorities while driving impactful results—are essential.
The People Specialist Lead role will provide proactive and re active professional advice and delivery in all people related matters including, but not limited to, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, People Development, Equality, Remuneration, Workforce Planning and Governance. This role will work in partnership with all other People Professionals in providing an efficient and quality People Service to the University.
This is a unique fixed-term opportunity to make a meaningful difference to our people and our organisation.
Interviews are planned for the week commencing 19th January
