Summary
Maidstone Innovation Centre is a truly dynamic and innovative location for businesses, primarily in Medtech, Life Science and Health. It will accommodate 270 jobs over its first 10 years.
We are now looking for a motivated and driven Executive & Events Assistant to join us in our award winning newly built, open and bright work-space.
As a business hub at the Innovation Centre, we strive to create an ecosystem that increases the output of high-tech health innovations, providing a supportive solution-based services. Creating an environment to help businesses to develop and grow, and creating a community of like-minded people.
You will be expected to support the Innovation Manager and Innovation Centre Coordinator in the effective day-to-day running of the Innovation Centre. Duties will include Liaise with customers/businesses regarding their event/meeting booking; agree booking requirements, arrange invoice, payments and setup requirements.
This role is full time, working 37 hours per week onsite, on a permanent contract.

About You:
The postholder’s priority will be to ensure a superior customer experience, so communication and organizational skills are fundamental. You will be friendly and professional with good IT skills. You should also have experience, and a good understanding, of coordinating events and meetings.
Selection Process:
