Flexible Benefits Consultant – The Role:
The flexible benefit team are responsible for the implementation and on-going support of bespoke client employee benefit systems. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced and goal focussed team as part of the fastest growing area of our Employee Benefits business.

Flexible Benefits Consultant – Key Responsibilities:
• Managing a client bank, acting as the first line of contact, answering queries and generating revenue
• Processing successful renewals through meeting clients and contributing to their objectives
• Working with the team to improve the promotion of the benefits platform, the support clients receive and the renewal process

Flexible Benefits Consultant – You:
• Previous experience within a similar position, particularly employee benefits
• Exceptional planning, organisation and prioritisation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
