Rainbow Forge Primary Academy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Teaching Assistant (Level 3) to join our supportive and forward-thinking team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant school where every child is valued and encouraged to achieve their full potential.
About the Role:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
Work closely with pupils to support both academic and social development.
Recognise and respond to individual pupil needs to promote inclusion and engagement.
Deliver and review learning activities for individuals and small groups under the guidance of a qualified teacher.
Provide short-term class cover (including PPA), without responsibility for planning and assessment.
Support the implementation of the National Curriculum and the school’s educational programmes.
Encourage pupils to become independent learners and help raise achievement across the school.
You will also play a vital role in promoting and safeguarding the welfare of pupils in line with school policies and statutory guidance.

A committed and enthusiastic individual with relevant Level 3 qualifications.
Experience of working with children in a primary setting.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Someone who is proactive, patient, and passionate about helping children succeed.
