St Joseph & St Bede RC Primary School are currently seeking a Pupil Support Assistant 1:1, This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trust.
We are seeking an individual who has:
• Compassionate and patient, with a genuine commitment to supporting the social, emotional, and educational development of SEN pupils.
• Strong communicator, able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and external professionals.
• Flexible and proactive, able to adapt teaching and support strategies to meet individual pupil needs inside and outside the classroom.
• Well-organised, with the ability to manage resources effectively and maintain accurate records of pupil progress and wellbeing.
• Knowledgeable about safeguarding and behaviour management, consistently promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Eager to engage in ongoing professional development and work collaboratively within a supportive school team.
