Salary: £56,000 per annum
Bonuses: Up to £7,000 per year (OFSTED and occupancy-related)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a newly opening 3-bed EBD children’s home in Nottingham (NG9).
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the full registration and development of a new service, ensuring high-quality, child-centred care for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities-
Lead the OFSTED registration process and prepare the home for inspection

Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing staff team

Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards

Promote a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment

Manage occupancy levels and budgets effectively
-
Work closely with external professionals and placing authorities
Requirements-
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent

Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in an EBD children’s home
-
Strong understanding of OFSTED requirements and registration processes

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills

Commitment to achieving positive outcomes for young people
