Summary
Job OverviewWe are looking to recruit a passionate, highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our dedicated Key Stage One team to support learning and behaviour in our school.
Contract and Salary DetailsHours: 19.5 hours per week (Monday to Wednesday)Grade: 4, Scp 5 - 7, £11,335 - £11,698 per annum (actual salary)Contract Type: Fixed term until 31 August 2026Job RequirementsThe successful candidate will: Have completed appropriate qualifications Have experience of working with pupils with communication & interaction needs
Have proven experience of working with pupils of primary school age.
Be able to work independently, think on their feet and demonstrate resilience.
Support pupils to improve their self-esteem, confidence, behaviour and attitude.
Have a commitment and passion for inclusive education along with a patient, flexible and positive manner.
Understand that every pupil can be successful in their learning.
