About the Role:
Hays are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Transformation Lead to drive a critical project for a client in the Exeter area: the implementation of a new finance system within their organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a major change initiative and shape the future of our finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the transition from QuickBooks to a new ERP system.
- Oversee system selection, implementation, and integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth migration and process optimisation.
- Provide training and support to finance teams during the transition.
- Ensure compliance and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) - essential.
- Proven experience in finance transformation and ERP implementation.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight timelines.
What We Offer:
