The Role
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Contract Director to join our leadership team in London, supporting the operational management of one of our largest healthcare contracts. This is a hands-on role for a driven professional with a strong background in soft FM operational management within healthcare. You will work closely with the Contract Director to ensure the delivery of high-quality services, compliance with healthcare standards, and a focus on patient-centered outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the operational delivery of cleaning, catering, and patient experience services across the contract

  • Lead, coach, and develop on-site teams to ensure excellent performance and staff engagement

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection prevention standards, and Medirest policies

  • Monitor operational and financial performance, driving efficiency and continuous improvement

  • Foster strong relationships with NHS Trust stakeholders and internal teams

  • Implement innovative solutions to enhance patient, staff, and visitor experience

About You

  • Proven experience in operational management within a healthcare soft FM environment

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire large, multidisciplinary teams

  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance, infection prevention, and NHS service requirements

  • Commercially minded with experience supporting contract performance and budget management

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
