An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Student Bursary Officer to join our Student Experience & Wellbeing team reporting to our Student Experience & Wellbeing Manager (Financial Support). Our friendly and hardworking team work together to provide an exceptional student experience that allows all our students to realise their potential.
As a Student Bursary Officer with Etc. you will be responsible for identifying and contacting students who may be eligible for funds and support the application process to ensure that no student experiences financial hardship which could result in low attendance or withdrawal. The successful candidate is expected to maintain accurate records of financial assessments, awards and payments associated with Learner support funds and ensure they are ready for audit purposes.
The ideal candidate will be willing to help others, have excellent IT and problems solving skills and the ability to work to high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Whilst previous experience of dispersal of learner support funds is desirable, Full training and support can be provided for the right candidate. We can offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work and develop within a supportive and motivated team committed to continuous improvement.

Schedule
37 Hours per week
Monday- Friday (start and finish times can be discussed).
