Summary

The School of Health and Life Sciences is now seeking to appoint a Clinical Demonstrator in the Department of Allied Health Professions in the School of Health & Life Sciences. The post holder will work across Dental Hygiene and Nursing disciplines.

The role is to facilitate delivery of the simulation, skills and student-led practice within the Department. The Clinical Demonstrator will work as part of an integrated and supportive team, working flexibly to develop and maintain quality assurance and safety in the simulation, skills and student-led practice delivery.

The postholder must be registered with the GDC as a Dental Hygiene and /or Therapist. You should have experience of working in a Dental clinical setting and supporting students in practice.

The position we are filling is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and a satisfactory DBS disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service is required as part of our clearance procedures.

Please be advised that due to the minimum salary thresholds imposed by the UKVI, this post may qualify for University sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.
