What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering targeted literacy, numeracy and study interventions for individual pupils and small groups
• Collaborating closely with passionate classroom teachers and SENCOs to design and review pupil support strategies
• Analysing assessment data to identify needs, adapt approaches and maximise student outcomes
• Supporting students emotionally and academically, nurturing resilience and engagement
• Monitoring and celebrating pupil successes, working within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team
