What You’ll Be Doing:
• Lead, inspire, and supervise a skilled team of Learning Support Assistants
• Build personalised support programmes and robust EHCP implementation
• Forge close partnerships with families, external agencies, and school leadership
• Monitor and track the progress of students with SEMH, ASC, and additional needs
• Drive high standards of differentiation and adaptive teaching across all subjects
• Advise and train colleagues to further embed inclusive, evidence-based practice
