• The ability to respond imaginatively to the challenges of curriculum delivery and development, within a dynamic SEN provision focused on meeting the individual needs of students
• The ability to lead and direct a team of staff to ensure the needs of students are met effectively
• Experience using or the willingness to learn to use the TEACCH approach, PECs and AAC, including Makaton, Equals Curriculum
