Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Education Manager to lead and oversee our student recruitment operations, institutional partnerships, and education advisory services. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of service delivery, regulatory compliance, and continuous growth in student placements.




Key Responsibilities

Student Recruitment & Admissions
• Manage and oversee student recruitment processes for local and international institutions
• Ensure accurate assessment of student eligibility and documentation
• Monitor application progress, offer acceptance, and enrollment outcomes

Institutional Partnerships
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner universities, colleges, and training providers
• Ensure compliance with partner admission requirements and recruitment agreements
• Represent the company in meetings, events, and education fairs

Team Leadership & Management
• Lead, train, and supervise education counselors and recruitment staff
• Set performance targets and monitor KPIs
• Conduct staff performance reviews and ongoing training

Quality Assurance & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to education regulations, ethical recruitment practices, and visa guidelines
• Maintain accurate student records and reporting systems
• Prepare internal reports and support audits or compliance reviews

Student Support & Experience
• Oversee student guidance on course selection, applications, and progression
• Address student queries, concerns, and escalations professionally
• Ensure a high level of student satisfaction and service excellence

Strategy & Business Development
• Contribute to recruitment strategies and market expansion plans
• Analyze recruitment data and trends to improve performance
• Support marketing initiatives and lead conversion activities



Qualifications & Experience

Essential
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, or admissions
• Proven leadership or team management experience
• Strong knowledge of education pathways and admissions processes

Desirable
• Master’s degree in Education Management or related discipline
• Experience with international student recruitment and visa processes
• Knowledge of UK, EU, or international education systems
• CRM or student management system experience
