Summary
The successful candidate will work closely with Consultant Psychiatrists and Psychological Therapists who offer private assessments and treatment from the service through a practising privileges arrangement. The post holder will proactively build excellent working relationships with all colleagues involved in the service as well as external stakeholders. The post holder will deliver excellent customer service at all service touch points including enquiry, bookings, arrival, departure and during service delivery, to ensure patients, families and carers receive an outstanding experience.
