Summary
IMMEDIATE START. We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our client's team on a construction site in Milton, Cambridge. This is a temporary ongoing position working Tuesdays and Thursdays with the potential for continued work. Hours 08:00-16:00. Pay £19.00 per hour.
Candidates must have previous Site Supervisor experience on construction sites. Experience working on flooring projects is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise construction site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently
* Oversee flooring works and manage subcontractors on site
* Monitor progress and maintain site standards
* Coordinate onsite teams and contractors
* Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
* Report any issues or delays to management
* Carry out daily task briefings and toolbox talks
* Manage materials, deliveries, permits, and site documentation
* Complete PUWER assessments
Requirements:
* Valid CSCS Card
* SSSTS qualification
* Proven Site Supervisor experience
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage workloads while maintaining safety and site standards

* Hours: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 08:00 - 16:00
