Summary
Location: UK wide - main office based out of Cambridge
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00)

Join our dynamic team as a Site Manager where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. Working within our Kier Places/Workplace Solutions business, you'll be responsible for managing site operations and maintaining excellent relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Workplace Solutions team, supporting them in delivering projects safely and efficiently across the Kier portfolio. Your day to day will include:
-Conducting prestart meetings, inductions and ensuring safe working practices through adherence to Kier's 5 SHE basics
-Managing and monitoring subcontractors, performing site inspections, and reviewing RAMS documentation
-Leading on-site delivery and attending client and contractor meetings
-Maintaining accurate records and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders
-Supporting Project Managers to meet project deadlines and quality standards
What are we looking for?
This role of Site Manager is great for you if:
-You have SMSTS/CSCS/IOSH Managing Safely qualifications and demonstrate an excellent safety culture
-You're collaborative with strong communication skills and enjoy building productive relationships
-You're well-organised with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
-You're comfortable with MS Office and have a valid driving licence for UK travel
-You have a technical background and ideally knowledge of CDM (desirable)
