The Role

As a member of our growing Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for implementing some world class IT solutions for our customers, enabling our Vision, to change the relationship organisations have with technology. If you have at least 1 year of experience in a comparable role and you aspire to establish yourself in our leading Microsoft technologies and project delivery processes, this opportunity is designed for you. Our role not only offers a platform to refine your IT skills but also provides tailored training to elevate your technical proficiency and expertise within the position.

35 hours per week (Mon - Fri)

Following successful completion of a 6-month probation period, we offer a hybrid working model with the flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

We’re seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to manage a diverse portfolio of implementation projects, ranging from short-term engagements to multi-week deployments. Based in our Scunthorpe or Hull office, with occasional travel across the North and Midlands, you’ll work closely with clients and consultants to deliver Microsoft-based solutions aligned to our established baselines.

You’ll be responsible for project planning, resource coordination, documentation, risk management, and ensuring governance and quality standards are met. This role suits someone experienced in handling multiple concurrent projects with a high turnover, and who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

The ideal candidate would possess the following skills, experience:

· Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role.

· Strong organisation & communication skills.

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Good commercial and business awareness

· Good understanding of IT Products and Implementation

· Proven track record of delivering projects in a B2B environment

The ideal candidate would have a basic understanding of the following:

· Resource management, matrix managing internal teams and 3rd party suppliers as required

· Project management tooling

· Project management methodologies

· Project delivery planning, creating and maintaining projects plans & documentation

· Managing project risks

· Progress monitoring and reporting, including presentation of project status and key decisions to project steering groups.

Salary range between £28,000 to £36,000 per annum (depending on experience).
