What You’ll Need
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working with students with (SEND.
- Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice, assessment pathways, and statutory guidelines.
- National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) or willingness to complete it.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to students with SEND.
- Assess progress using appropriate tools and contribute to statutory assessment processes.
- Work closely with therapists, support staff, families, and external agencies.
- Develop and review EHCP targets to support measurable student outcomes.
