Are you a relationship-driven recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, international environments? Ready to take the lead on hiring across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics? This is your chance to make a real impact as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing the full recruitment lifecycle and shaping the future of our regional talent strategy.

What you'll do:

  • Support onboarding to ensure every new hire gets off to a flying start.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Labour Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a fast-moving, competitive environment.
  • Confident using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, social media, and professional networks.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Positive, proactive, and ready to deliver results in a matrix organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative HR team, help shape recruitment strategy across multiple markets, and deliver real business impact.
