- Offer support and guidance to students regarding study skills, time management, and exam preparation
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a welcoming and inclusive learning environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. , Education, English, Mathematics, Science)
- Proven experience in tutoring or academic support roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online learning platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Knowledge of learning disabilities and accommodations
- Familiarity with the UK educational system and curriculum
