Our pupils present a range of complex needs, and we are looking for a teacher who can bring learning to life, build strong relationships, and make a genuine difference every day.
About the role:
Teaching and supporting pupils with a variety of SEN, including communication, social, emotional, and learning needs
Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, families, and external professionals
Creating a safe, positive, and structured learning environment that promotes independence and confidence
We are looking for someone who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has experience of, or a strong interest in, working with Primary SEN pupils
Is patient, resilient, and adaptable, with a calm and nurturing approach
Is reflective, enthusiastic, and committed to ongoing professional development
Believes in inclusive education and has high aspirations for all learners
