Position: RELOCATION COORDINATOR
We are looking for an enthusiastic Relocation Coordinator to join a growing Team based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. Responsible for the coordination & movement of goods in and out of the UK with adhoc International ( Import, Export & European) moves.
Main Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate UK relocations, with occasional involvement in International and European moves.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and partners.
Review customer enquiries, conduct pre-move assessments, and manage relocation requirements from enquiry to completion.
Arrange additional services, temporary storage, and coordinate moves at properties undergoing renovation.
Maintain regular communication with internal and external crews to ensure smooth service delivery.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, providing calm and effective resolutions.
Complete all administrative tasks including data entry, record keeping, and customer correspondence.
Prepare and issue relocation documentation, notices, and insurance-related paperwork.
Raise purchase orders, invoices, and credit notes; liaise with accounts and ensure timely payment.
Maintain accurate job records using internal systems and Microsoft Office.
Work closely with colleagues and sales teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
Experience & Qualifications:
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrable customer service experience, with a strong focus on professionalism and client satisfaction.
Solid administration and data entry experience, with high attention to accuracy and detail.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Competent IT Skills, including Microsoft Office and internal systems.
Previous experience within a similar role - Highly Desirable
Previous experience within removals/ relocation - Desirable
Previous logistics/ operations experience– Desirable
Full UK drivers’ licence is desirable due to location, however public transport nearby
Remuneration & Benefits Package:
£28,808 to £34,000 - Depending On Experience and Qualifications
Potters Bar office based
Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday
