About the Role

As part of our team of Quality Assurance Administrators, the post holder will provide efficient and effective administrative support to the University’s quality assurance activity and procedures. This includes administering external examiner procedures, and support and triage for communication channels. The work will involve supporting quality assurance events both at the University and Collaborative Partners, as well as supporting committee meetings and producing effective minutes. The post holder may assist in the maintenance of policy and procedural documentation. It will be expected that the post holder will align activity with external regulatory requirements, as well as University policy.

You will be educated to at least GCSE standard, with passes A-C in English and Mathematics. Experience of working in a busy office environment and in managing competing priorities is essential. Experience of maintaining files and records and in minuting meetings is essential. Experience of working in a higher education or further education environment and in a quality assurance environment would be an advantage.

How will you work?
