Summary
Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a Repairs Assistant for a Housing Association. The role will be week to week but will run for the duration of Januarry and potentially longer.
You will provide an efficient, customer-focused repairs and property management service.
Key Responsibilities of the role:

Manage and process repair requests in line with procedures.

Liaise with customers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve repairs and complaints.

Issue works and inspection orders and maintain accurate system records.

Administer contracts, reports, and key property databases.

Build effective working relationships with contractors and colleagues.
Key Requirements for the post:
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in repairs/housing would be beneficial
The role would be to start on 6th January.
