Sustainability Manager Role
Full-time, permanent
Based 5 days in Central London
Previous Construction experience needed
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement company-wide sustainability strategies and project-specific action plans.
- Ensure adherence to environmental laws, permits, and standards (e.g., CEMP, Pollution Plans).
- Lead BREEAM, LEED, or other green building assessments and audits.
- Track energy, water, waste, and carbon usage; manage data and report on KPIs.
- Advise project teams on sustainable practices, materials, and low/zero-carbon technologies.
- Train staff, liaise with regulators, suppliers, and senior management.
- Ensure sustainable and ethical sourcing of materials and services.
