Summary

People & Operations Co-Ordinator Join the Right Medicine Pharmacy Team


Location: Stirling (Throsk)

Contract: Full-time 40 hours (The office is open 8am-5.30pm so some flex is available)

Right Medicine are a Pharmacy Group with 45 sites across Scotland. We are now looking to add to our Head Office Team.


This is a unique opportunity to shape the role as it grows. We're looking for someone proactive, organised, and eager to make a difference in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

Due to the nature of the role you must have previous admin experience and ability to work well to timescales on projects.


Key Responsibilities:


- Coordinating staff rotas across 43 pharmacy locations


- Managing holiday approvals and planning appropriate cover


- Preparing and issuing contracts for new hires


- Supporting the onboarding process for new starters


- Planning and coordinating staff inductions


- Monitoring sickness absences and probation periods


- Handling general administrative tasks related to HR and operations



Who Were Looking For:


- Someone based in or near Stirling, able to work on site


- Comfortable using Excel, Word, and general computer systems


- Organised, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator


- A genuine interest in HR and team coordination


- Enthusiastic and willing to adapt as the role develops
