Summary
Completely care are looking for a committed full-time Support Worker for a temp-to-perm position at a well-regarded supported living service in Monmouth. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a caring team, supporting adults to live independently and safely.
What the Role Involves:
Deliver person-centred support to individuals within supported living environments, and the wider community
Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, household tasks, and personal care
Promote independence and encourage active participation within the community
Develop positive, trusting relationships while supporting emotional wellbeing
Maintain accurate records and promptly report any concerns in line with policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
6 months UK based experience in supported living or community-based care
A full UK driving licence (essential for community support)
A current enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
Shift Details:
Day shifts: Between 7am and 8pm
Sleep-in shifts: 3pm to 11pm, followed by a sleep-in overnight
