EDIT Ltd require an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to maintain regular contact with our existing clients and start relationships with new clients.
You will regularly review customer satisfaction, discuss plans and visions. You will identify how EDIT Ltd could facilitate and/or improve them, with either hardware, software, project management, resources, consultancy or a combination.
You will utilize your technical expertise to identify the best solution for client’s requirements. Create a plan to deliver the solution and measure the outcome.
You will work closely with the Technical team to stay informed of what is happening at client sites and assign tasks to assist you, and with the Sales Team to direct them to any opportunities identified in the course of discussions with clients. You will provide technical expertise to the Sales Team to assist them in securing new business.
You will use your technical knowledge to be the first point of contact for the helpdesk and Field Technicians should they require assistance in the course of their duties.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop relationship with existing and new clients through email, telephone and visit, only when required
2. Maintain relationship with existing and new clients through email, telephone and visit, when required
3. Advise clients on appropriate solutions based upon needs
4. Advise clients on IT vision, strategy and implementation
5. Organise and assign appropriate resources for health checks and report
6. Identify new business and service opportunities through client interaction
7. Work closely with the sales team to identify marketing opportunities to pursue
8. Establish and maintain relationship with suppliers
9. Plan, organise and assign resources for projects and installations
10. Stay abreast of new practices, principles, methodology and technology
11. Identify new business and service opportunities through monitoring trends and technology
12. IT support, field based and helpdesk
13. Any other duties that pertain to the company’s business plan and operations
14. Assist with the ordering and implementation of Microsoft, Veeam, SSL and JAMF Licenses
15. Design, implement, and manage cloud-based applications using Azure services.
16. Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to the technical team
17. Migrate on-premises systems to Azure and Microsoft 365
18. Manage and update documentation to cover adoption and application of technologies
19. Administer Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
20. Have one-to-one reviews with technicians, Identify Knowledge gap in the technician team
Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Microsoft Cloud Engineer or similar role
2. Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
3. Good Organizational skills
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with keen attention to detail
5. Solid understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD)
