Summary
Neway International are seeking a Resilience Support Coordinator to join our client, Camden Council, based at 5 Pancras Square.
Location: 5 Pancras Square, Camden Hours: 36 per week (09:00 – 17:30)

The Role
The Resilience Support Coordinator plays a vital role in strengthening Camden’s ability to manage risks and maintain essential services during disruptions. You will provide administrative and logistical support to the Resilience team, ensuring emergency plans and business continuity arrangements are well-organised and effective.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and maintain the 24/7 on-call rota for the Emergency Response Team.
Manage documentation, version control, and compliance records for resilience plans.
Organise training sessions, meetings, and exercise logistics.
Administer Resilience Direct and other relevant systems.
Conduct routine equipment and stock checks, ordering supplies as required.
Support reporting, lessons learned, and statutory returns.
Act as the first point of contact for routine queries and email coordination.
Candidate Requirements
Experience providing administrative and coordination support in a complex organisation.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules, systems, and documentation accurately.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
Familiarity with resilience or emergency planning (desirable).
