Were looking for someone who: Is a Registered Nurse (NMC) with at least one year post-registration experience Has a genuine interest in continence care, long-term condition management or community nursing Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle for work Has strong communication skills, a compassionate approach and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a small team Is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and contributing positively to service development Package Description Were looking for a compassionate and motivated Band 6 Continence Nurse to join our specialist service based at Kent Science Park in Swale.This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a small, supportive and highly skilled team dedicated to improving bladder and bowel health across the community. As a key member of the continence service, youll deliver holistic assessments, provide expert advice, and help shape the experience of patients who require personalised, sensitive and evidence-based continence care.
