Summary

As Office Assistant, you will provide efficient administration support service to the Directors and PA to Directors.

You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including Suppliers Ledger, Fees Ledger, Payroll, answering phones, dealing with residents' families, and friends,

The role is being offered on a Part-Time permanent basis (25 Hours/Week, Mon to Friday 9.30AM to 14.30 PM)

To be a successful Ofice Assistat you should:

* be a team player
* Sage accounts & Sage Payroll experience
* have excellent communication and administrative skills
* be highly organised and systematic with exceptional attention to detail
* Possess a natural ability to remain calm and professional when under pressure
* have a positive and can do attitude
* Own a car
