Summary

Job responsibilities

Identify target markets and high‑potential sectors for new sales opportunities.
Create and execute effective sales plans that align with overall company goals for trading and business development.
Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, terms of sale, and agreements to ensure favourable terms for Pulhat Ltd while meeting client expectations.
Monitor key sales metrics, sales pipeline progress, and performance against targets.
Prepare regular sales reports with insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Recommend adjustments to sales tactics based on evolving market conditions.
Guide junior sales team members through coaching, training, and ongoing performance feedback to help them achieve targets and develop professionally.
Requirements

Proven experience in sales or business development
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
