Summary


This is a community-based post, located within the CAMHS in Social Care Team (CISC) here in Tower Hamlets. The team are based across the CAMHS Emanuel Miller Centre in Limehouse as well as the Local Authority Town Hall in Whitechapel. TheCiSC team offers accessible, flexible, timely and responsive CAMHS input to children, young people and their families who are subject to Social Care plans (LAC, CP or CIN).

It is a multidisciplinary team offering consultation to Social Worker and the wider children’s workforce as well as assessment, care planning and clinical intervention to the children and families that they work with where there are mental health concerns.The post holder will require a high degree of professional autonomy and self-management and will be required to account for their professional practice through appraisal and audit.

The post holder will offer assessment andflexible, evidence-basedepisodes of care and interventions tochildren/young people and familiesfor a wide variety of clinical presentations.The post holder will require a high degree of professional autonomy and self-management, and will be required to account for their professional practice through appraisal and audit.
