Are you passionate about driving inclusion and creativity in the arts? We’re looking for an experienced Inclusion Programme Manager to lead the delivery of Assemble, an ambitious programme from the National Youth Theatre designed to empower young people and strengthen creative networks across Sheffield.

As Programme Manager, you’ll take the lead in project managing and creatively delivering Assemble, ensuring high-quality programming aligned with national aspirations. You’ll work closely with partners, freelancers, and volunteers to create inclusive, community-driven opportunities that champion diversity and accessibility.

Please note; this is a part time, 3 year fixed term contract, working 24 hours per week (FTE 40 hours per week)
