Locations:

  • Southmead - 2 permanent full-time positions
  • Speedwell - 1 permanent full-time position

Hours: 37 per week (full-time)

  • £26,056 per annum, plus an additional £2,116 night allowance for night shifts
  • Total potential earnings: approx. £28,172 per annum


Shift PatternAs part of a 24/7 service, you'll work on a flexible rota including:

  • 08:00-16:00
  • 09:00-17:00
  • 14:00-22:00
  • 21:45-08:15 (three consecutive nights roughly every six weeks)


Your new role
You'll engage with people experiencing mental health crises, using a recovery-focused, psychologically informed, trauma-aware approach. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll support individuals to navigate crisis, link into community services, build resilience, and maintain wellbeing.Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusting, recovery-focused relationships with service users
  • Collaborate with carers, professionals, and partner agencies
  • Co-design, implement, and review crisis and relapse prevention plans
  • Conduct risk assessments, monitor wellbeing, and escalate safeguarding issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with policy



What you'll need to succeed

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience supporting individuals with mental health or complex needs
