Your new role
In your new role, you will manage a diverse caseload of health and welfare Court of Protection matters, providing clear and confident representation in complex and sensitive proceedings. You will also support the team's expanding work in contested property and affairs disputes and Continuing Healthcare funding challenges, contributing to the continued growth of this specialist practice.


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll bring a solid grounding in health and welfare Court of Protection work, including experience with the Mental Capacity Act, DoLS matters, and legal aid. You'll also thrive if you can demonstrate sound judgment, confident advocacy skills, and a genuine commitment to working on complex, contentious issues involving vulnerable clients.
