Are you the right person for the job?
You’ll be a qualified Solicitor with 1–5 years PQE in Family Law, ideally with:
• Strong advocacy experience and exposure to financial cases
• Confidence in managing your own caseload and leading a small team
• Excellent drafting, analytical, organisational, and client-care skills
• Target-driven, professional, empathetic, and committed to high standards
What will your role look like?
• Lead and manage a team of 3 solicitors while handling a varied private family law caseload
• Represent clients at hearings and prepare instructions for counsel
• Provide clear, tailored legal advice and maintain exceptional client care
• Draft applications, statements, schedules, bundles, and other court documents
• Ensure compliance with all procedures, deadlines, and court timetables
• Achieve billing and productivity targets while contributing to the department’s financial performance
