Join a prestigious automotive financial services organisation in the Milton Keynes area as a Lead Generation Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in driving customer engagement and sales performance. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service, sales, and automotive excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-quality outbound calls to private and corporate customers
- Promote Contract Hire and Value-Added Products (VAPs) in line with FCA and TCF principles
- Follow up on digital leads and convert them to sales
- Manage customer accounts and process orders efficiently
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Coordinate with transport offices to ensure timely vehicle deliveries
- Handle showroom administration, part-exchange requests, and customer queries
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Proven experience in sales or lead generation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident using CRM systems and managing data accurately

Pay Rate : £14.31 per hour PAYE
Placement Duration : 12 months
Location: 3 days in office, 2 days from home
Shift pattern: Rotating shifts; 1 week 09:00 - 17:30 and then 1 week 11:00 - 19:30
