Summary
PT are seeking 2 full-time Teaching Assistants who will complete close support roles in Year 2 and Year 5, to work in a Primary School in the Thirsk area. Whether you’re a GTA, LSA, HLTA or ATA looking for work, we would like to hear from you. These roles begin in January and have the possibility of developing into permanent positions.
Requirements:
Minimum of a Level 2 qualification, or relevant experience. Both candidates must have SEN experience in primary education
Able to support the delivery of the Primary National Curriculum in all subjects
Flexible and adaptable
Enthusiastic about working with children
Able to manage behaviour effectively
Committed to raising attainment
Able to form excellent working relationships with staff and pupils from a diverse range of backgrounds
Professional approach
Able to provide invaluable support to the class teacher
