PT are seeking 2 full-time Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) - one based in Year 2 and one to float across the school providing flexible support, to work in a Primary School in the Thirsk area. These roles begin in January and have the possibility of developing into permanent positions.
Requirements:
Minimum of a Level 4 qualification, or relevant experience.
Able to support the delivery of the Primary National Curriculum in all subjects
Flexible and adaptable
Enthusiastic about working with children
Able to manage behaviour effectively
Committed to raising attainment
Able to form excellent working relationships with staff and pupils from a diverse range of backgrounds
Professional approach
Able to provide invaluable support to the class teacher
