It may even feel a little weird when you go home and don’t have a phone attached to your ear!
Varied is a key word in the world of recruitment, you certainly won’t be cooped up in the office 5 days a week; you will get out and about meeting new companies, learning lots about their businesses, putting faces to voices at the end of the telephone – maybe the one other time of the day it’s not still attached to your ear! You really will have the freedom to make decisions that drive results and create an amazing customer journey.
So back to that phone… you’ve become an expert in your market, you’ve created and developed company relationships and you have plenty of vacancies to fill. Next you need to identify, source and meet candidates to understand their needs and match your lovely companies up to the candidates dream jobs. Personally, this is one of the most fulfilling parts of my role; however some of our consultants may say it’s the commission!
We have lots of clever tech to aid you in your journey; you’ll be no stranger to Microsoft Word and Excel as well as being comfortable working with databases.
Working within an experienced team you will be surrounded by friendly and supportive faces that are happy to help you on your journey. Our commission structure here is team based, meaning that everyone truly pulls together to work towards a common goal!
We’re looking for someone to join our established commercial team, basing yourself in either our Newark or Grantham offices but working on the Peterborough market.
